  • Pomatocerus caeruleus - an annelid worm that forms coral-like masses up tp 900 mm in diameter, Strong shelly individual tubes are irregular, prominently ridged and with a spiny projection overhanging the round aperture. Worms are 20-30 mm long and occupy the outer end of their tubes. Found in isolated tubes cemented to rocks and in colonies.
