a traitor; one who opposes Hindutva but supports its enemies.
Origin
From Hindi जयचन्द, Sanskrit जय ("victory") + चन्द्र. Jaichand (Jayachandra) was a Gahadavala king from mediaeval times whose defeat in battle led to Ghurid rule, followed by various Muslim dynasties and empires. According to the historically-inaccurate legendary poem Prithviraj Raso, Jaichand allegedly conspired with the Ghurid rulers to defeat his rival Prithviraj.
